Will ICOE/Waterpower Week 2020 be rescheduled? Will they still be in DC?

Waterpower Week 2021 and ICOE 2021 will now be held 28-30 April, 2021 at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C.

Will I receive a refund for my ICOE/Waterpower Week Registration?

Everyone who has registered to attend ICOE or Waterpower Week 2020 will automatically receive a full refund within the next 21 days in the method that payment was submitted. You do not need to contact anyone at NHA. For questions regarding refunds for registration fees, contact for WPW and for ICOE.

Will my organization receive a refund for our Exhibit or Sponsorship?

Industry sponsors and exhibitors will be given the option for full reimbursement or full credit to 2021. They will be contacted by our sponsorship team (Sponsorship Boost) regarding these options. For questions regarding refunds for exhibitors, contact for ICOE or for Waterpower Week.

My employer paid for me to attend ICOE 2020 or Waterpower Week 2020 and is asking for proof that the conference was cancelled.

I was a speaker (moderator, presenter, poster, etc.) for the 2020 program. What happens now? Do I need to resubmit my abstract/poster? Will the program be the same?

NHA and the planning committees are working to create a process for the 2021 program. Please stay tuned as more information will be shared once it is finalized.

What happens now with my hotel and travel reservations?

We ask that you contact your hotel, airline, or other travel organizations to discuss options available. If you had a reservation at the Marriott Marquis DC, please call the hotel to cancel at 855-821-4281. In some cases, airlines are allowing travelers to defer their travel funds for a future date with no change fees. In the event that your travel organizations require official documentation of cancellation, an official letter is available here.

Are you refunding flight or other travel costs?

No. We will not refund individual travel costs. If you purchased travel insurance, please contact your provider for information and next steps. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
